At The Back Vault, we want you to shop with complete confidence. Each piece in our collection is carefully curated, authenticated, and handled with the highest standards. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility

To qualify, the piece must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please note that gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@thebackvault.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us immediately so we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to secure another piece is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval. Approved refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
