To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that items that have been resized, altered, or modified in any way are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Once a ring has been resized, it is considered a customized item and cannot be returned.
Please note that all refunds for returned items will exclude the original credit card processing fees. These fees are charged to us by our payment processor for every transaction and are non-refundable. As a result, the amount refunded will reflect the purchase total minus those processing costs.
