Refund policy
If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, there is no problem. We will promptly refund the full amount of the purchase price for all items returned in the original condition, with our original tag still on the jewelry, within 7 business days of the delivery of your order.
For all returns or exchanges:
- Items must not be altered, worn or damaged.
- All original packaging and paperwork (if any) must be included.
- You must present a valid receipt.
Your refund will be made in the same form as your original payment, within two working days of our receipt of the merchandise. In the event that items are not returned in their original condition, the refund may include a refurbishing fee.
