All orders ship free, fully insured, via FedEx Priority Overnight where available, and require an authorized signature (no PO Boxes).

Returns & Exchanges
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return; items must be unworn, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, email support@thebackvault.com and ship to:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items that have been resized, altered, or modified in any way are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Once a ring has been resized, it is considered a customized item and cannot be returned.
