Unique nature inspired diamond and sapphire mushroom brooch. The top of the mushroom is pave set with round brilliant cut diamonds and 10 blue sapphires. Stem is made out of a green carved malachite finished by yellow gold grass and pave set diamonds on some of it too. Lovely and happy brooch.
